cut ginger; cook vegetables and noodles until water is gone; put them aside

heat oil; fry ginger, noodles and vegetables; add chili flakes and soy sauce

wash rice, potato, tomato and coriander; cook rice; peel potato; chop veggies and coriander

heat oil and brown onion; add curry, potato, vegetables and salt; add coconut milk and cook for 10 min; serve with rice and coriander

  • ½ zucchini

  • 1 garlic clove
  • ½ tbsp provençal herbs

  • pepper
  • salt

wash and cut vegetables

heat oil and brown onion; add bell pepper, eggplant, zucchini, garlic; add tomatoes and let simmer for 10-15 min; add herbs, salt and pepper
