1. Ingredients
- ½ cup bulgur
- ¼ cup soup noodles
- 1 tomato
- 1 onion
- 1 garlic clove
- ½ cucumber
- ¼ bunch parsley
- 4 tbsp yoghurt
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- salt
- 1 cup water
2. Preparing
wash bulgur, tomato, parsley and cucumber; chop tomato, parsley, cucumber, onion and garlic
3. Cooking
heat oil and brown onion; add garlic, bulgur, noodles, tomato and salt; add water and let simmer for 15 min; add parsley; serve with cucumber and yoghurt
